في حال عدم توفر أحد شروط الأهلية للمستفيد الرئيسي لن يصبح مؤهلًا لصرف الدعم.
- تجاوز الحد المانع للدعم
بإمكان المستفيد الرئيسي معرفة الحد المانع لحصوله على الدعم من خلال الحاسبة التقديرية في الموقع أو التطبيق الخاص بالبرنامج ويختلف الحد المانع ما بين الأسر بناء على مجموع دخل الأسرة وتركيبتها.

- تغير في تركيبة الأسرة
عدم أهلية أحد التابعين في البرنامج قد يؤثر على مقدار الدعم المخصص لرب الأسرة.
- وجود المستفيد الرئيسي أو أحد التابعين خارج المملكة أكثر من 90 يومًا.
يُحتسب مجموع الأيام التي يكون فيها المستفيد الرئيسي أو أحد التابعين خارج المملكة وفي حال تجاوز المدة أكثر من 90 يومًا خلال 12 شهرا الماضية بشكل متواصل أو متقطع تستقطع من الدعم المخصص لرب الأسرة.

أودع اليوم الأحد برنامج حساب المواطن أكثر من 3 مليارات ريال مخصص دعم شهر مايو للمستفيدين المكتملة طلباتهم، حيث بلغ عدد المستفيدين المستوفين لمعايير الاستحقاق في الدفعة التسعين 9.9 مليون مستفيد وتابع.
وذكر مدير عام التواصل لبرنامج حساب المواطن عبد الله الهاجري، أن إجمالي ما دفعـه البرنامـج للمستفيدين منذ انطلاقته أكثر من 241 مليار ريال منها 2.7 مليار ريال تعويضات عن دفعات سابقة، وموضحًا بأن 72% من المستفيدين تحصلوا على الدعم في هذه الدفعة، وبلغ متوسط دعم الأسرة الواحدة 1474 ريال.
