تسلّم المهندس تركي بن محمد الدربي مهامه رئيسًا لمجلس إدارة الاتحاد السعودي للسهام للدورة الجديدة 2024 – 2028، وذلك في إطار التوجه لتطوير رياضة السهام وتعزيز حضورها محليًا ودوليًا. ويُنتظر أن يسهم المجلس الجديد برئاسته في مواصلة مسيرة الإنجازات وتحقيق الأهداف الاستراتيجية للاتحاد خلال المرحلة المقبلة.
من جهة أخرى، عبّر المهندس تركي الدربي عن اعتزازه بهذه الثقة، مؤكدًا أن المرحلة القادمة ستكون حافلة بالعمل والطموحات، حيث قال:
“نهدف إلى تعزيز حضور رياضة السهام على مختلف المستويات، ونعمل على تنفيذ برامج تطويرية تسهم في اكتشاف المواهب وصقلها، ورفع مستوى المنافسة محليًا ودعم حضور اللاعبين في المحافل الدولية. بدعم القيادة ووزارة الرياضة، وبجهود فريق العمل، سنحقق بإذن الله تطلعات الشارع الرياضي في هذه الرياضة العريقة.
