نفت الفنانة نجوي فؤاد ما تردد عن إجرائها عملية جراحية غدًا، مؤكدة أنها مازالت تجري فحوصات.
وتابعت نجوي فؤاد فى تصريحات خاصة لـ صدي البلد: ليس صحيح أنني سأقوم بإجراء عملية حراجية غدًا، فمازالت أجري بعض الفحوصات الطبية للاستقرار عل الوقت المناسب لإجراء الجراحة.

وأثارت الفنانة نجوى فؤاد جدلاً واسعاً بعد استغاثتها بوزير الثقافة الدكتور أحمد فؤاد هنو، بسبب أزمتها الصحية والمالية التي تمر بها، مؤكدة أنها غير قادرة على تحمل تكاليف العلاج ومعاشها الشهري لا يتجاوز 600 جنيه.
أعربت خلال مداخلة هاتفية ببرنامج “بنظرة تانية” عن رفضها الانتقال إلى دار المسنين التابعة لنقابة الممثلين، مشيرة إلى أنها تسكن في شقة إيجار ولا تملك أي مصدر دخل إضافي.
من جانبه، تفاعل وزير الثقافة ونقيب المهن التمثيلية الدكتور أشرف زكي مع استغاثتها، حيث أرسلا وفداً لبحث حالتها، ووجهت نجوى فؤاد الشكر للوزير وكل من ساندها.
