الأوقاف توضح آلية تحديد مصارف الوقف المجهول

أوضحت الهيئة العامة للأوقاف مصارف الوقف المجهول، ضمن دليلها الإرشادي الذي يهدف إلى تبسيط الأحكام الشرعية والتنظيمية المتعلقة بالأوقاف، وتعزيز الوعي بكيفية إدارتها واستثمارها.

وأكدت الهيئة أن النموذج المعتمد لإدارة الأوقاف يراعي حفظ أصل الوقف وتنميته، مع توجيه عوائده إلى المصارف الشرعية بما يحقق المقاصد النبيلة للوقف، ويسهم في دعم التنمية المجتمعية واستدامة العمل الخيري.
