تكريم بنك الرياض لرعايته ومشاركته الفاعلة في النسخة الثانية لملتقى الأكاديمية المالية

كرّم معالي رئيس مجلس هيئة السوق المالية رئيس مجلس أمناء الأكاديمية المالية الأستاذ محمد بن عبدالله القويز بنك الرياض تقديراً لرعاية البنك ومشاركته الفاعلة في النسخة الثانية من ملتقى الأكاديمية المالية، والذي انطلقت أعماله يوم (أمس) الأربعاء بمشاركة جمع من كبار صنّاع القرار في القطاع المالي، والمسؤولين الحكوميين ورؤساء الهيئات والمؤسسات والرؤساء التنفيذيين، ونخبة من الشخصيات المؤثرة في القطاع المالي محلياً وعالمياً.

حيث قام باستلام الدرع التقديرية من راعي الحفل الأستاذ مازن خليفة رئيس قطاع رأس المال البشري في بنك الرياض، الذي شارك بجلسة حوارية خلال الملتقى تحت عنوان "المنظمات وتطبيق استراتيجيات فعّالة لمواكبة المتغيرات" تناول من خلالها جهود بنك الرياض في تبادل الخبرات والتجارب لإعادة تشكيل المهارات لغرض تنمية قدرات الكوادر البشرية في القطاع المالي عبر ثلاثة محاور رئيسة تتضمن أبرز التجارب الرائدة في تطبيق استراتيجيات إعادة تشكيل المهارات، والتحديات والعقبات التي تواجه المنظّمات في تنفيذ استراتيجيات إعادة تشكيل المهارات، ودور القيادة في نجاح تطبيق برامج إعادة تشكيل المهارات.

كما واشتملت مشاركة بنك الرياض في أعمال الملتقى الذي يعد أحد أبرز المنصات والملتقيات التي تعنى بتبادل المعارف والتجارب والخبرات، واستعراض أفضل الممارسات لتنمية وتطوير قدرات الكوادر البشرية في القطاع المالي، وتناول التحولات التنظيمية في العصر الرقمي والتقنيات المالية، استعراضاً لجملة الفرص الوظيفية الواعدة التي يتيحها بنك الرياض أمام الكفاءات والكوادر الوطنية عبر جناح البنك في الملتقى، إلى جانب منظومة البرامج التدريبية التي يتبناها البنك لتطوير القدرات البشرية الوطنية، فضلاً عما يوفره البنك من بيئة عمل تحفيزية لتأهيل القيادات المؤهلة في قطاع الصناعة المصرفية والمالية، استناداً إلى التجربة الواسعة التي يتمتع بها البنك في هذا الجانب على اعتباره من المؤسسات المصرفية الرائدة في المملكة والمنطقة.
