السويد .. المسؤولية الجنائية من سن 13 عاما والمؤبد وارد

قال جيمس أكيسون زعيم الحزب السويدي "ديمقراطيو السويد"، إنه يجب تخفيض سن المسؤولية الجنائية من 15 إلى 13 عاما، وأحيانا يمكن الحكم بالمؤبد على القاصر في سن الثالثة عشرة.
وأضاف زعيم هذا الحزب اليميني في حديث إذاعي: " أعتقد أنه إذا كنت كبيرا بما يكفي لارتكاب جريمة عنف خطيرة، فأنت أيضا كبير بما يكفي لقبول عواقب الجريمة التي ترتكبها.
وأشار التقرير الإذاعي إلى أن الأحزاب الحاكمة في السويد، تناقش حاليا مبادرة تشريعية لخفض سن المسؤولية الجنائية في البلاد من 15 إلى 13 عاما.
وفي وقت سابق، قال رئيس الوزراء السويدي أولف كريسترسون، إن السلطات السويدية ستحدد نقاط خاصة للتفتيش في المدن اعتبارا من 1 مارس 2024 كأحد إجراءات مكافحة الجريمة في البلاد، حيث سيتمكن ضباط إنفاذ القانون من إجراء عمليات تفتيش شخصية للمواطنين.
