“ألف العقارية” تطلق مشروع ألفه بقيمة 2.5 مليار درهم

أعلنت مجموعة ألف، الشركة الرائدة في مجال التطوير العقاري في إمارة الشارقة، عن إطلاق ” ألفه” أحدث مشاريعها السكنية، بتكلفة إجمالية 2.5بلغت مليار درهم.
يمتد المشروع على مساحة 85 ألف متر مربع، ويتميز بموقع استراتيجي فريد بمنطقة مويلح، بالقرب من شارع الشيخ محمد بن زايد، على بعد عشر دقائق فقط من مطار الشارقة الدولي وخمس دقائق من المدينة الجامعية ومراكز التسوق والمدارس العالمية، و20 دقيقة من مطار دبي الدولي، مما يجعله خيارا مثاليا للعائلات وأصحاب الأعمال على حد سواء.
ويتألف المشروع من اثني عشر مبنى، يتراوح ارتفاع كل منها بين 9 و11 طابقا، ويوفر تجربة معيشية صحية، حيث يضم أكبر حديقة مجتمعية خاصة بمساحة 26000متر مربع، تعزز مفهوم الاستدامة، وتجمع بين المساحات المائية والراحة والمناظر الطبيعية المباشرة.
تم تصميم “ألفه” لتحقيق رفاهية السكان وتعزيز الروابط المجتمعية بينهم. حيث يدمج المشروع بسلاسة بين المساحات السكنية والتجارية، ويوفر 2,787 وحدة سكنية متنوعة تتراوح بين وحدات بغرفة نوم واحدة، وغرفتين، وثلاث غرف نوم. بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يخصص 1,500 متر مربع للمرافق التجارية والخدمية والمطاعم المتنوعة.
وقال عيسى عطايا، الرئيس التنفيذي لمجموعة ألف العقارية: “يمثل ألفه معيارا جديدا في إنشاء مجتمعات مستدامة وصديقة للبيئة، حيث يقدم للمقيمين فيه تجربة نمط حياة لا مثيل لها في الشارقة. كما يعكس الطلب المرتفع على عقاراتنا الثقة المتزايدة في قدرة مجموعة ألف على تقديم مجتمعات استثنائية يتردد صداها لدى السكان”.
أضاف قائلاً: مع ألفه، نحن لا نبني المنازل فقط، بل نبني ملاذًا تتناغم فيه الحياة والطبيعة بسلاسة.”

كما يضم المشروع منشآت ومرافق ترفيهية متنوعة مثل الحدائق وملاعب الأطفال ومدرج ومناطق للشواء ومنتجع وأحواض سباحة ومناطق استجمام متعددة. وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، سيتمكن جميع السكان من الحصول على مواقف مخصصة للسيارات تحت الأرض.
