استقبل صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير فهد بن سلطان بن عبدالعزيز، أمير منطقة تبوك، اليوم في مكتبه بالإمارة المواطن ناصر بن محمد العسيري، الذي قرر العفو عن قاتل شقيقه لوجه الله تعالى.
وأشاد الأمير فهد بهذه البادرة الإنسانية، مؤكدًا أن مثل هذا العفو يعكس قيم التسامح والأصالة التي يتميز بها أبناء هذا الوطن، مشيرًا إلى أن ما قام به العسيري هو موقف عظيم يلقى القبول عند الله، ويجسد معاني النبل والشهامة التي تفخر بها القيادة والمجتمع.
ومن جانبه، عبر العسيري عن شكره وتقديره لأمير المنطقة على استقباله ولفتته الكريمة، مثمنًا حرص سموه على دعم المبادرات التي تعزز التكاتف والتراحم بين أفراد المجتمع، سائلاً المولى القدير أن يتقبل منه هذا العمل ويجعله خالصًا لوجهه الكريم.
