يرعى صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية، بعد قليل، تخريج 100 صحفي وإعلامي بمبادرة "تطوير رأس المال البشري" في الصحافة والإعلام، والتي نفذها معهد "اليوم" للتدريب، بالشراكة مع "هيئة الصحفيين"، بدعم مؤسسة الوليد بن حمد آل مبارك الأهلية "أهم"، وتلقى المشاركون خلال برامجها التدريبية التي اختتمت في 15 مايو 2025، 40 ساعة تدريبية، مكثفة عبر البث الشبكي "أون نلاين"، في الصحافة الشاملة والذكاء الاصطناعي، وإنتاج المحتوى التفاعلي، لتعزيز المهارات الصحفية وتمكين الإعلاميين من مواكبة التطورات الرقمية عبر تدريبات متخصصة في قوالب الإعلام الرقمية الجديدة كصحافة "الميتافيرس"، وتقنيات الواقع المعزز والواقع الإفتراضي والذكاء الاصطناعي، بمحتوى شامل ومتفرد لتجربة المتلقي، والتركيز على أخلاقيات العمل بتلك التقنيات.
ويحصل خريجو المبادرة على شهادة من معهد اليوم للتدريب والمعتمدة من المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني "TVTC"،و شهادة من مؤسسة صحافة الذكاء الاصطناعي للبحث والاستشراف "AIJRF" بالإمارات، و شهادات معتمدة من جامعة ولاية ميزوري الأمريكية، مما يعزز فرصهم بسوق العمل الصحفي الإعلامي.
وثمن رئيس مجلس إدارة دار "اليوم" للإعلام، الوليد آل مبارك، تشريف صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية، لحفل تخريج برنامج "تطوير كفاءات ومهارات الصحفيين والإعلاميين"، الاحترافي والذي يُنظم لأول مرة في المملكة، معربا عن شكره لسمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية، الذي عوّد الجميع على دعم ورعاية مختلف المبادرات التي تسهم في تطور المجتمع بصورة عامة تماشيا مع أهداف رؤية المملكة 2030، لتعزيز الاقتصاد الرقمي وبناء مجتمع معرفي قائم على الابتكار، كما توجه بالشكر إلى وزير الإعلام سلمان الدوسري، على مباركته المبادرة وجهوده الملموسة في دعم منظومة الإعلام السعودي، كما شكر رئيس مجلس إدارة هيئة الصحفيين السعوديين عضوان الأحمري، على حرصه واهتمامه بدعم الصحفيين السعوديين.
