وداعا للحواف العريضة.. آبل تحدث ثورة في تصميم iPad Pro القادم

شهد جهاز آيباد برو iPad Pro من آبل، خلال العام الماضي واحدة من أكبر الترقيات تطورا منذ إطلاقه، مع طرح نسختين بحجم 11 و13 بوصة مدعومتين بشريحة Apple M4 القوية، وتزويده لأول مرة بشاشات Tandem OLED المتقدمة، التي نقلت تجربة العرض إلى مستوى جديد.
ومع هذا التحديث الكبير، تشير التقارير إلى أن آبل لا تزال تخطط للمزيد، حيث تعمل حاليا على إدخال تحسينات إضافية على الشاشة قد تظهر في الإصدارات القادمة.
وفقا لتقرير صادر عن DigiTimes، أضافت آبل شركة LX Semicon إلى سلسلة التوريد الخاصة بها استعدادا لإصدارات مستقبلية من iPad Pro.
وقد كلفت الشركة بتطوير دائرة متكاملة جديدة لمعالجة الشاشة Display Driver IC، مع استعداد آبل لاعتمادها خلال الأسابيع القليلة القادمة.
ويمثل ذلك خطوة لفك احتكار شركة Samsung System LSI لهذا المكون في الجيل الحالي من iPad Pro.
من جهة أخرى، تشير صحيفة The Elec إلى أن آبل تسعى لدعم هذا التغيير باستخدام تقنية chip-on-film من شركة LG Innotek، والتي تعتمد على الحرارة لربط معالج الشاشة بفيلم مرن.
وتتيح هذه التقنية إمكانية تقليص الحواف المحيطة بالشاشة، مما يفتح المجال لزيادة حجم الشاشة ضمن نفس أبعاد الجهاز أو حتى تقليص أبعاد النسخ الحالية مقاس 11 و13 بوصة.
رغم أن التقريرين لم يحددا موعدا دقيقا لتطبيق هذه التحسينات، فإن توجه آبل لاعتماد المعالج الجديد للشاشة خلال هذا الشهر قد يعني أن هذه التغييرات ستظهر بعد إصدار iPad Pro الجيل الثامن، الذي يتوقع أن يعمل بشريحة Apple M5.
من المتوقع أن تطلق آبل طرازات جديدة من iPad Pro في أكتوبر 2025، حيث ستكون شريحة M5 الجديدة وتقنية شاشات OLED في صميم هذا التحديث.
وبينما لا يرتقب حدوث تغييرات جذرية في التصميم هذا العام، فإن التحسينات التقنية المؤكدة تجسد استمرار آبل في استراتيجية التطوير المرحلي لسلسلة iPad Pro.
يعد أبرز ما سيأتي به الجيل الجديد هو شريحة M5، المبنية على تقنية تصنيع TSMC المتقدمة بحجم 3 نانومتر، والتي ستوفر أداء أعلى، وكفاءة طاقة محسنة، وتجربة استخدام أكثر سلاسة.
أفادت تقارير بأن شركتي Samsung Display وLG Display قد بدأتا الإنتاج الضخم لشاشات OLED الخاصة بالإصدارات الجديدة، فيما سيبقى تصميم الجهاز نحيفا وخفيفا كما في طرازات M4، مع استمرار دعم Apple Pencil Pro.
وأشار الصحفي مارك جورمان من “بلومبرج”، إلى أن موعد الإعلان الرسمي سيكون في أكتوبر 2025، بعد نحو عام ونصف من إصدار طرازات M4 في مايو 2024.
