عملية استبدال مفصل ركبة بالروبوت الجراحي بمستشفى‎ الدكتور سليمان الحبيب بالخبر تنهي معاناة سيدة استمرت لـ"10" سنوات

بعد معاناة استمرت لـ"10" سنوات مع آلام وانتفاخ بمفصل الركبة اليمنى، وعدم القدرة على الحركة والنوم بصورة طبيعية، استعادت امرأة تبلغ من العمر "75" عاماً حياتها الطبيعية، بعد خضوعها لعملية استبدال مفصل ركبة متقدمة وناجحة، باستخدام الروبوت الجراحي "Robotic surgery"، وتحت التخدير النصفي، ذكر ذلك د. محمد سكيك استشاري جراحة العظام والمفاصل، رئيس الفريق الطبي المعالج.

وأوضح د. سكيك أن السيدة راجعت المستشفى وهي تعاني من حزمة أعراض حادة، حدت من قدرتها على ممارسة حياتها بصورة طبيعية، إضافة إلى أنها مصابة بارتفاع ضغط الدم والكوليسترول وخفقان القلب وورم حميد في المخ، فضلاً عن هشاشة شديدة في العظام.

فقام الفريق الطبي بدراسة الحالة، ووضع خطة علاجية متكاملة، وأجرى لها عملية متقدمة باستخدام تقنية الروبوت الجراحي، وتحت التخدير النصفي، تم فيها استبدال مفصل الركبة بآخر صناعي عالي الجودة ومناسب للحالة، مع زراعة دعامات خاصة بسبب الهشاشة والتقوس، استغرقت العملية نحو "120" دقيقة، وتكللت ولله الحمد بالنجاح التام، وتمكنت المراجعة من المشي بعد ساعات من العملية، وغادرت المستشفى بعد "4" أيام، وهي بحالة صحية جيدة، ولاحقاً تخلصت من كافة الأعراض التي عانت منها طوال أعوام.
وقال د. سكيك أن تقنية الروبوت الجراحي تمكّن الجراحين من استبدال مفصل الركبة بمستوى أعلى من الدقة، إذ أنها تساعد في تحديد حجم المفصل الصناعي بدقة وموازنة ديناميكية الركبة، وبالتالي تؤدي إلى نتائج أفضل بعد الجراحة مثل التعافي السريع، وتقليل الألم، وتحسين الأداء وإطالة عمر المفصل الجديد.
