قال مصدر مطلع إن الوضع بشأن مصير صفقة الحبوب "لا يوحي بالتفاؤل لتمديد صلاحيتها بعد 17 يوليو".
وأضاف المصدر لوكالة "نوفوستي" ردا على سؤال حول احتمال تمديد مبادرة حبوب البحر الأسود بعد 17 يوليو: "حتى اليوم، لا يوجد تفاؤل".
