طريقة نقل رقم هاتفك من شركة إلى أخرى.. إذا كنت تعاني من سوء الخدمة

إذا كنت تعاني من سوء خدمات الهاتف المحمول فأصبح بإمكانك حاليا الانتقال من شركة لأخرى بنفس الرقم دون تغيير بخطوات سهلة وبسيطة بعد أن أصدر الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات قواعد لتيسير خدمة نقل الأرقام من خلال قواعد تنظيمية تتم خلال 24 ساعة.
عدد المستفيدين من خدمات نقل الأرقامووفقا لما ذكره الجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات في بيانه اليوم، فإن عدد المستفيدين من خدمات نقل الأرقام بين مقدمي الخدمة بلغ نحو 800 ألف مستفيد خلال عام 2023 ليصل إجمالي عدد المستفيدين من الخدمة 2 مليون بنسبة زيادة 35% عن عام 2022.
وعن الانتقال من شركة لأخرى فعليك اتباع الخطوات التالية، أولا التوجه إلى أقرب مركز خدمة عملاء للشركة المراد النقل إليها وملء طلب النقل مع تقديم إثبات ملكية الخط، بعد ذلك يقوم مركز خدمة العملاء أيضا بتسليم المواطن الشريحة الجديدة، وسيصل المواطن رسالة بقبول طلب النقل في خلال يوم عمل واحد، حيث يتم استبدال الشريحة القديمة بالجديدة وبذلك تكون الشريحة الجديدة مفعلة وتكون عملية النقل قد تمت.
طرق تقديم شكويأما في حالة رفض الطلب من قبل شركة المحمول مقدمة الخدمة، فيجب على الشركة تقديم خطاب يوضح أسباب الرفض ويمكن للمواطن تصحيح سبب الرفض وتقديم الطب من جديد، وفي حالة الرفض مرة أخرى، فيمكن للمستخدم تصعيد الشكوى للجهاز القومي لتنظيم الاتصالات عن طريق الاتصال بالرقم المختصر 155 من الساعة 8 ص حتى 10مساء طوال أيام الأسبوع، أو تقديم نموذج شكوى: complaints.tra.gov.eg، أو عبر البريد الإلكتروني: complaints@tra.gov.eg، أو من خلال أرقام واتس آب 01015515155 -01111115150 -01201255155 - 01551515505، ومنصات الجهاز على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي «فيسبوك – لينكدان – إنستجرام – تويتر»، وأخيرا منصة تلقي شكاوى مستخدمي الاتصالات
