الرئيس السيسي يتفقد «ماكيت» المنطقة الصناعية للمرحلتين الحالية والمستقبلية

استعرض العقيد الدكتور بهاء الغنام، المدير التنفيذي لجهاز مستقبل مصر، خلال جولته مع الرئيس عبد الفتاح السيسي، ماكيت المنطقة الصناعية للمرحلة الحالية والمستقبلية، والتي تحتوي على مجمع الثلاجات بمساحة 90 ألف طن، إضافة إلى مصنع البطاطس الذي يجرى إنشاءه حاليا، إضافة إلى مساحة 500 ألف طن من الصوامع، والتي تنقسم إلى مناطق مقسمة إلى 120 ألف طن.
وأضاف خلال افتتاح المرحلة الأولى من موسم الحصاد بمشروع مستقبل مصر للتنمية المستدامة عبر فضائية إكسترا نيوز، أنّ المنطقة الصناعية تحتوي على مصنع البصل المجفف ومصنع السكر وصناعات النشا والجلوكوز، إضافة إلى التوسعات الصناعية الخاصة بالأعلاف ومجمع اليوريا الأخضر ومحطة تخفيض ضغط الغاز والسماد الحيوي، بجانب مصنع صناعة اللب واستخلاص وتكرير الزيوت ومحطات الكهرباء وصناعة الأخشاب.
وتابع أن المنطقة تحتوي على مدينة مستقبلية للعاملين داخلها، مطلة على محور تحيا مصر، جنوب المحور هو منطقة الصوب الزراعية ولذي يتم إنشاءها على مساحة 7000 فدان والنتهاء منها في خلال 3 أشهر.
وأضاف أنّ الانتهاء من السوق اللوجيستي سيكون خلال 6 أشهر، وهو عبارة عن أسواق للسمك والخضر والفاكهة وبورصة زراعية، لافتا إلى أنّ حجم التداول الداخلي يمثل 12 مليون طن سنويًا.

ويضم ٦٠ غرفة واجنحة. وقاعات للاجتماعات للشركات والمؤسسات والمصانع مجهزة بأحدث التجهيزات التقنية كما يحتوي الفندق على مطعم فاخر يقدم كل الوجبات على مدار اليوم اضافة الى وجود كوفي يخدم الفندق ورواده وهناك مساحات خارجيه تابعه للفندق وجلسات خارجيه متنوعه. اضافة الى وجود نادي صحي بأحدث الاجهزة ومقهى خارجي تابع لإدارة الفندق.
وقال المدير العام للشركة هشام بن سليمان الحيد ان هذا المشروع يعتبر الاول للشركة في المنطقة الشرقية وتحديدا في منطقة الصناعية ليخدم كافة المصانع والمرافق التي تتواجد في الصناعية الثانية وتجاوز عددها ١٠٧٠ ترخيص ما بين مصنع ومرفق ومنشاة.
واشار الحيد بجانب خدمات الفندق تم الانتهاء من مشروع سكن جماعي يسهم في توفير الاسكان للعاملين بالمصانع والمرافق بالمنطقة الصناعية بعدد ١٥٠ غرفة لتخدم المنطقة.
وشكر الحيد ادارة مدن على تعاونهم المستمر وتقديم الدعم للمستثمرين في الصناعية الثانية بالمنطقة الشرقية.
