"أدير العقارية" تواصل تألقها وتحقق مبيعات لامست 400 مليون ريال خلال 15 دقيقة في مزاد "لابيرلا"

وسط حضور نوعي كبير من نخبة رجال الأعمال والمستثمرين العقاريين، حققت "أدير العقارية"، الشركة الرائدة في التسويق العقاري بالمملكة، نجاحًا لافتًا في مزاد "لاَبِيرلاّ" الذي أقيم اليوم الإثنين 9 سبتمبر 2024م، في قاعة المها بفندق كمبينسكي العثمان الخُبر، وشهد بيع أرض استثمارية فريدة تمتد على مساحة 180 ألف متر مربع، بقيمة إجمالية بلغت 388,350,000 ريال, )شامل قيمة التصرفات العقارية والسعي(، مما يؤكد جاذبية الخبر للاستثمار العقاري، ومكانتها الاستثمارية الرفيعة.
