أمير حائل يرعى حفل التخرج الموحد للمنشآت التدريبية للبنين والبنات

رعى الأمير عبدالعزيز بن سعد بن عبدالعزيز أمير منطقة حائل اليوم، حفل التخرج الموحد للمنشآت التدريبية للبنين والبنات، بتنظيم من الإدارة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني بمنطقة حائل، بحضور الأمير فيصل بن فهد بن مقرن بن عبدالعزيز نائب أمير منطقة حائل، ووكيل الإمارة المكلف علي بن سالم آل عامر، والنائب المساعد لمحافظ المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني المهندس عبدالرحمن المرواني، وعدد من المسؤولين وممثلي القطاع الخاص، وذلك في مقر الاحتفالات بمنتزه المغواة.
وفور وصول سموه مقر الحفل, انطلقت مسيرة الخريجين والخريجات التي شهدت تخريج (٢٣٥٠) خريجًا وخريجة من مختلف التخصصات التقنية والمهنية، يمثلون منشآت التدريب الحكومية ومنشآت التدريب الأهلي بالمنطقة.
بعد ذلك ألقى المدير العام للإدارة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني بمنطقة حائل المهندس مشعل بن سعود التميمي، كلمة عبر فيها عن فخره واعتزازه بهذه الكوكبة من الخريجين، والكفاءات الوطنية الواعدة التي تمثل ركيزة أساسية في دعم التنمية الوطنية، مشيدًا بالدعم الكبير الذي تحظى به منظومة التدريب التقني من القيادة الرشيدة -أيدها الله-، مبينًا أن المؤسسة العامة للتدريب التقني والمهني تضطلع بدور محوري في تأهيل شباب الوطن وفق التخصصات المتوائمة مع احتياجات سوق العمل الحالية والمستقبلية من خلال تطوير مستمر للبرامج التدريبية والمناهج، واستقطاب أفضل الكفاءات التدريبية، مما ينعكس بشكل مباشر على تحقيق مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030 من خلال تمكين الكوادر الوطنية وتوجيهها نحو المجالات ذات الأولوية في التنمية الوطنية.
إثر ذلك ألقى الخريج عايد العنزي، كلمة نيابة عن زملائهم الخريجين والخريجات، عقبها شاهد الحضور فيلمًا وثائقيًّا عن التدريب التقني والمهني بالمنطقة، ثم التقطت الصور التذكارية لسمو أمير حائل مع الخريجين والخريجات وشركاء النجاح، والمتفوقين والمتفوقات من الخريجين والخريجات.
وشهد الحفل تكريم الشركاء الإستراتيجيين من الجهات الرائدة في القطاع الخاص، الذين كان لهم دور فعّال في دعم ملتقيات التوظيف التي نظّمتها إدارة التدريب التقني بالمنطقة، وأسهموا من خلالها في توظيف (1116) خريجًا وخريجة من المنشآت التدريبية، من المستهدفين بالتوظيف خلال فترة الستة أشهر من التخرج.
وفي نهاية الحفل أكد سمو أمير حائل أن هؤلاء الخريجين والخريجات صمام أمان لهذا الوطن المعطاء، يضيفون ويدعمون قدرة الحراك الاقتصادي، متطلعًا لمساهمتهم الفعلية في دفع عجلة التنمية الاقتصادية، منوهًا بوجود المؤسسات التعليمية ذات الجودة في الأداء والفكر لتخطط وتسهم وتدرب أبناء السعودية ليكونوا على أعلى مستوى.
