سانوفي تفوز بجائزة التوطين في قطاع الصحة بالمملكة العربية السعودية

الجائزة مقدمة من وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية ضمن النسخة الخامسة من جائزة العملفائز واحد فقط عن كل قطاع على مستوى المملكة، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030التكريم يعكس الأثر الملموس والمستدام لسانوفي في التوطين وتنمية الكفاءات الوطنية.فازت شركة سانوفي بجائزة التوطين في قطاع الصحة لعام 2025، المقدمة من وزارة الموارد البشرية والتنمية الاجتماعية، وذلك ضمن النسخة الخامسة من جائزة العمل.

وتُمنح الجائزة لفائز واحد فقط عن كل قطاع سنوياً، تقديراً للجهود المتميزة في دعم التوطين وتنمية المواهب الوطنية، بما يتماشى مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
ويعكس هذا التكريم التزام سانوفي طويل الأمد بدعم التوظيف الوطني، وتعزيز تمثيل الكفاءات السعودية في المناصب القيادية، وبناء قدرات محلية مستدامة وجاهزة للمستقبل عبر عملياتها في المملكة.

تعتمد جائزة التوطين على تقييم الأثر القابل للقياس والاستدامة، وتشمل معاييرها نسب التوظيف للسعوديين، واستدامة واستبقاء الكفاءات الوطنية، وتمكين المرأة، وتبني نماذج العمل المرنة والعمل عن بعد، إلى جانب مؤشرات تجربة الموظف.
وتتبنى سانوفي نهجاً شاملاً في التوطين يتجاوز الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية، من خلال التركيز على بناء المسارات المهنية، وتطوير القيادات الوطنية، وخلق بيئة عمل شاملة ومحفزة.
