الصحة: 3 طرق لتحفيز الطلاب على تناول وجبة الإفطار

أكدت وزارة الصحة أن وجبة الإفطار تساعد على نمو الطفل بشكل صحيح، وتزيد الإنتاجية، كما تزيد الرغبة في التعلم، والتحصيل الدراسي للطلاب.
وأوضح تجمع القصيم الصحي، عبر حسابه بموقع تويتر، أن وجبة الإفطار أهم وجبة يومية بالنسبة لعمر الطلاب والطالبات، لذا يجب الحرص على تناولها وأن تكون صحية ومتوازنة قبل بدء يومهم الدراسي.
وأشار تجمع القصيم الصحي على أن هناك ثلاثة طرق لتحفيز الطلبة على تناول وجبى الإطار، وهي، أولًا: الحرص على الإفطار مع الأسرة، حيث إن ذلك يسجع الطلبة على تناول وجبة الإفطار.
ثانيًا: سؤال الطلبة عن خيار وجبة الطعام المدرسية، وهو ما يشجعهم على تناول الوجبة. ثالثًا: الحرص على أن تكون العائلة أجمعها قدوة جيدة للطلبة في اختيارات الأغذية، حيث انهم يتأثرون باختيارات من حولهم.

وقد حصل الدكتور محمد الحداد على الميدالية الفضية عن اختراع "مباعد عقدة اللسان: أداة لعمليات اللسان وقاع الفم واختصار وقت الجراحة"، كما حصلت الدكتورة عهد زيدان والدكتور منير بامذحج على الميدالية الفضية عن اختراع "الكريكوميتر – جهاز لقياس الضغط على الغضروف الحلقي لحظياً"، فيما نالت الدكتورة فاطمة العباد الميدالية البرونزية عن اختراع "الدبوس السحري: أداة لتثبيت وتسريع الالتحام لكسور العظام".
