اعتقال رئيس جمعية اغتصب أطفال في مخيم بالجديدة

فتحت المصلحة الإقليمية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة الجديدة بحثا قضائيا تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، زوال يوم السبت 12 غشت الجاري، وذلك لتحديد الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة لشخص يبلغ من العمر 57 سنة، يشتبه في تورطه في قضية هتك عرض طفل قاصر.
وكانت مصالح الأمن الوطني قد توصلت بشكاية أسرة طفل قاصر تنسب فيها للمشتبه فيه، الذي يسير جمعية رياضية خاصة، تعريض ابنها البالغ من العمر تسع سنوات لهتك عرض، وذلك خلال اصطحابه في رحلة رياضية إلى شاطئ بضواحي مدينة الجديدة.
وقد تم الاحتفاظ بالمشتبه فيه تحت تدبير الحراسة النظرية على خلفية البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة للمعني بالأمر، وكذا التحقق مما ورد من وشايات في محتويات وتسجيلات فيديو تم نشرها بخصوص هذه القضية.
