بسمة حياة.. ترسم البهجة على وجوه خمسة آلاف طفل بمستشفى الملك فهد التخصصي بالدمام

استفاد أكثر من خمسة آلاف طفل بمستشفى الملك فهد التخصصي بالدمام، من قاعة "بسمة حياة" منذ انشائها في عام 2019 م، وهي قاعة ترفيهية خاصة بالأطفال مرضى السرطان. تولت مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد للتنمية الإنسانية إنشاءها وتجهيزها بالكامل بكافة ما يحتاجه الطفل؛ في إطار التعاون بين المؤسسة والمستشفى.

وأضافت : اتاحت مؤسسة الامير محمد بن فهد للأطفال المصابين بالسرطان من خلال برنامج بسمة حياة ممارسة الطفل حياته بشكل اقرب للطبيعي خلال فترات العلاج المتطلبة للتنويم باستخدام القاعة الترفيهية داخل قسم أورام الأطفال بمستشفى الملك فهد التخصصي .
من جانبها ذكرت مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد للتنمية الإنسانية : أن المؤسسة حريصة على تهيئة البيئة المناسبة للرحلة العلاجية للأطفال محاربي مرض السرطان.
وأضافت : مبادرة برنامج "بسمة حياة" تعتبر من أهم المبادرات التي تقدم خدمات لهذه الفئة وأسرهم، كما أن البرنامج يندرج ضمن استراتيجية المؤسسة، ومبادراتها؛ بهدف رعاية مرضى السرطان من الأطفال من خلال طرح برامج وخدمات اجتماعية متكاملة، الرامية إلى تثقيفهم وتوعيتهم وتثقيف وتوعية أسرهم بتداعيات المرض وطرق مواجهته، بالإضافة إلى تنفيذ برامج ترفيهية مصاحبة.
يذكر أن برنامج "بسمة حياة" أحد برامج مؤسسة الأمير محمد بن فهد العالمية، انطلق عام 2017م ضمن مبادرات المؤسسة التي تهدف إلى تقديم خدمات اجتماعية مساندة لمرضى السرطان من الأطفال وأسرهم، ودعم البرامج والأنشطة التوعوية والوقائية، وقام البرنامج بتجهيز القاعات الترفيهية للأطفال المصابين بالأورام بعدد من بالمستشفيات بالدمام والرياض وجمهورية مصر العربية ، كما تعتزم المؤسسة التوسع في انشاء قاعات للأطفال مرضى السرطان في عدد من المستشفيات.
