ضبطت وزارة التجارة معمل مخالف ينتج مشغولات ذهبية تحمل علامات تجارية مزورة، وضبطت أكثر من 9.2 كيلوجرام من المشغولات الذهبية المخالفة لنظام المعادن الثمينة والأحجار الكريمة.

وباشرت الفرق الرقابية للوزارة بالشراكة مع الهيئة السعودية للملكية الفكرية وهيئة الزكاة والضريبة والجمارك المقر المخالف في حي المصانع جنوب الرياض، وضبطت 1368 مشغولًا ذهبيًا تزن 9258 جرامًا تحمل دمغة "علامة تجارية" غير مسجلة وعلامات مزورة.

وتقدر القيمة السوقية للمضبوطات بأكثر من 3 ملايين و700 ألف ريال.

مالك الموقع المخالف إلى الجهات المعنية لاستكمال تطبيق الإجراءات النظامية بحقه وفقًا لأحكام نظام المعادن الثمينة والأحجار الكريمة ونظام العلامات التجارية.
