هنأ حضرة صاحب السمو أمير البلاد الشيخ مشعل الأحمد الجابر الصباح حفظه الله ورعاه إخوانه وأبناءه المواطنين الكرام والمقيمين على أرض دولة الكويت الطيبة بمناسبتي الذكرى الثالثة والستين للعيد الوطني والذكرى الثالثة والثلاثين ليوم التحرير مقدرا سموه رعاه الله ما أبداه المواطنون من مظاهر الفرحة والابتهاج بهاتين المناسبتين العزيزتين وعلى ما عبروا عنه من روح وطنية عالية جسدت ولاءهم ووفاءهم للوطن العزيز وأبرزت روح الأسرة الكويتية الواحدة المتآلفة والمتوادة كما أثنى سموه رعاه الله على كافة الجهود الكبيرة التي قامت بها الجهات الأمنية في وزارة الداخلية ووزارة الدفاع والحرس الوطني لتأمين الأجواء الأمنية كما أشاد سموه حفظه الله بالمشاركات الفعالة التي قامت بها الجهات الرسمية الأخرى للتحضير والإعداد للاحتفالات الوطنية وعلى وجه الخصوص اللجنة الدائمة للاحتفال بالأعياد الوطنية ووزارة الإعلام ووزارة الصحة ووزارة التربية ووزارة التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي وقوة الإطفاء العام وبلدية الكويت والجهات الأخرى ذات الصلة وما صاحب ذلك من تغطية إعلامية واسعة قامت بها مختلف وسائل الإعلام المرئية والمسموعة والمقروءة الرسمية منها والخاصة وبصورة أبرزت الوجه الحضاري للوطن العزيز.
ودعا سموه رعاه الله إخوانه وأبناءه المواطنين الكرام إلى استشعار نعمة التحرير التي أفاء الله بها على الوطن العزيز وعودته محررا ينعم بالأمن والطمأنينة وإلى تسخير كافة الإمكانيات والجهود للنهوض بالوطن العزيز والارتقاء به.
مستذكرا سموه حفظه الله ورعاه بالفخر والاعتزاز شهداء الوطن الأبرار الذين ضحوا بأنفسهم الأبية ودمائهم الزكية دفاعا عن تراب الوطن الغالي والذود عنه مبتهلا سموه إلى الباري عز وجل أن يتغمدهم بواسع رحمته ومغفرته وأن يسكنهم فسيح جناته وينزلهم منازل الشهداء.
كما وجه سموه رعاه الله تحية تقدير وإجلال لإخوانه أصحاب الجلالة والسمو قادة دول مجلس التعاون لدول الخليج العربية وإلى إخوانه أصحاب الجلالة والفخامة والسمو قادة الدول العربية الشقيقة والدول الصديقة على مشاركتهم دولة الكويت أفراحها بأعيادها الوطنية سواء على المستوى الرسمي أو الشعبي من خلال مظاهر الاحتفالات والتي جسدت بجلاء عمق أواصر العلاقات الحميمة التي تربط دولة الكويت ودول مجلس التعاون والدول الشقيقة والصديقة مثمنا سموه رعاه الله هذه المشاعر الأخوية النبيلة سائلا سموه المولى جل وعلا أن يحفظ الوطن العزيز ويديم عليه نعمة الأمن والأمان والازدهار وأن يوفق الجميع لخدمته ورفعته وإعلاء شأنه.
