الصيانة تغلق طريق "الدمام - الرياض" لـ 120 يومًا

أعلنت أمانة المنطقة الشرقية بالتعاون مع قيادة أمن الطرق، بدء أعمال الصيانة، وإغلاق جزئي لطريق «الدمام - الرياض» الرئيسي، في اتجاه الدمام، بطول 11 كم، من تقاطع جسر الصناعية، وحتى تقاطع طريق أبو حدرية، ابتداءً من يوم بعد غدٍ الأربعاء، الموافق 3 يناير 2024م.
وذلك بالتعاون مع قيادة أمن الطرق بالمنطقة.

وأشارت إلى أن العمل على 3 مراحل، بإغلاق جزئي للطريق بطول 3,5 كم، لمدة 40 يومًا للمرحلة الواحدة، مؤكدةً أنها ستغلق مداخل ومخارج الطريق، حسب حاجة العمل.

من ناحية أخرى، عقدت أمانة الشرقية، وهيئة تطوير المنطقة الشرقية، وإدارة المرور بالمنطقة، اجتماعاً، اليوم الاثنين، لمناقشة الدراسة المقدمة من قبل الهيئة للمستجدات المستحدثة، التي تسعى لها الأمانة والهيئة لتطوير عدد من الطرق بمحافظة الخبر.
وجاء أبرزها طريق الأمير تركي، وطريق الملك فيصل، وطريق الملك سلمان.
حضر الاجتماع أمين المنطقة الشرقية المهندس فهد الجبير، والرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة تطوير المنطقة الشرقية المهندس عمر العبداللطيف، ومدير مرور بالمنطقة الشرقية العميد جهاد المجحد، ووكيل الأمين للتعمير والمشاريع بالأمانة المهندس مازن بخرجي، ورئيس بلدية محافظة الخبر، وذلك بمقر الأمانة.
