حيث باشرت الفرق التطوعية ومع بداية الموسم بتقديم خدماتها ضمن خمس مسارات رئيسة هي: الفرق الطبية، وفرق الإسعافات الأولية، وفرق الترجمة، وفرق التوجيه والإرشاد، وفرق الخدمات اللوجستية، لضمان تكامل العمل الميداني، وتحت إشراف مؤهلين ومتخصصين، لتقديم خدماتهم التطوعية لتلبية احتياجات الحجاج من مختلف الجنسيات والأعراق، في الوقت الذي أعلن فيه البنك مؤخرا عن اكتمال كافة الاستعدادات والجاهزية قبيل موسم الحج لضمان جودة الخدمات المقدّمة.
وأشار سعد الحريقي رئيس إدارة المسؤولية المجتمعية والإعلام لدى anb إلى التطور النوعي الذي يتطلع البنك إلى تحقيقه في نسخة هذا العام بالنسبة لزيادة عدد المتطوعين من 700 إلى أكثر من 1000 لهذا العام، وكذلك رفع عدد الحجاج المستفيدين من المبادرة لأكثر من 180 ألف حاج، ليصل العدد المتوقع لإجمالي الحجاج الذين شملتهم خدمات المبادرة على مدى المواسم الثلاث إلى أكثر من 430,000 حاج وحاجة.
وأكد الحريقي اعتزاز البنك العربي الوطني بأن يكون جزءاً من الجهود الوطنية المساهمة في خدمة حجاج بيت الله الحرام، وإنجاح حالة التكامل بين مختلف القطاعات الوطنية لترسيخ مكانة المملكة في خدمة الحجاج ورعاية ضيوفها.
