الموافقة على 12 مشروعا استثماريا جديدا بالمنطقة الحرة بالإسماعيلية

عقد اللواء أركان حرب شريف فهمي بشارة محافظ الإسماعيلية، اليوم الأحد، اجتماع مجلس إدارة المنطقة الحرة العامة بالإسماعيلية بجلسته رقم 95 بديوان عام محافظة الإسماعيلية؛ لبحث آخر المستجدات لمشروعات المنطقة والتي تخدم النشاط الاستثماري بالمنطقة الحرة بالإسماعيلية، ومناقشة الخطط المستقبلية والمشروعات الجديدة التي ترغب في التسجيل بالمنطقة وذلك في إطار دفع عجلة التنمية للاستثمارات، بحضور أيمن صالح رئيس الإدارة المركزية للمنطقة الحرة وأعضاء مجلس إدارة المنطقة.
وخلال الاجتماع أوضح "بشارة" أن مجلس إدارة المنطقة الحرة العامة بالإسماعيلية يعمل جاهدًا نحو تشجيع المناخ الاستثماري في محافظة الإسماعيلية وضخ العديد من المشروعات الاستثمارية الجديدة والمتميزة لتغيير النمط الاقتصادي للمحافظة والتشجيع على الأفكار الجديدة وإنعاش الاقتصاد بالدولة وتوفير فرص عمل جديدة ومتنوعة لأبناء المحافظة.
ووجَّه محافظ الإسماعيلية بضرورة الترويج الجيد للمنطقة من خلال إعداد حصر وتقسيم لأنشطة المصانع بالمنطقة الحرة العامة بالإسماعيلية؛ وذلك من أجل التوسع في إنشاء مصانع صغيرة تخدم المصانع الكبرى مثل مصنع إنتاج اللقاحات بطريق القاهرة الإسماعيلية ومشروع البلازما.
وأشار "بشارة" إلى أن المحافظة لن تمانع في ترفيق أي مساحات جديدة حسب الإقبال على المنطقة الحرة، كما وجَّه بإعداد دراسة جدوى تفصيلية عن إمكانية إنشاء وحدات بمساحات مختلفة ومواصفات خاصة؛ من أجل أصحاب المصانع الصغيرة سواء كانت مشروعات في المجال الطبي أو مجالات مختلفة.
واستمع محافظ الإسماعيلية إلى عرض تقديمي من الهيئة العامة للاستثمار بالمنطقة الحرة حيث تم مناقشة جدول أعمال الجلسة وأهم المشروعات الجديدة والتكاليف الاستثمارية لها.
حيث تم استعراض 12 مشروعا استثماريا جديدا تم الموافقة عليهم في مجالات الغزل وصناعة النسيج والملابس الجاهزة والكواشف التشخيصية ومستلزمات الخدمات البترولية والمستلزمات الطبية واللوحات الكهربائية وإنتاج البرمجيات وتطبيقات الحاسب الآلي والأحذية.
وبلغ رأس مال المشروعات السابقة ١٤.٨٥٠ مليون دولار وتكلفة استثمارية ١٤.٨٥٠ مليون دولار وتوفر نحو ٧٠٨ فرصة عمل وتقام على مساحة ٦٩٢١٥م٢.
وأوضح أيمن صالح رئيس الإدارة المركزية للمنطقة الحرة، أن هناك تميز للمصانع التي تعمل في الصناعات الطبية المتخصصة والذي يجعل المنطقة الحرة الاستثمارية بالإسماعيلية محطة جذب للمستثمرين من جميع الجنسيات، لما توفره المنطقة من مزايا ومساحات وخدمات، بالإضافة إلى قرب المنطقة من جميع الموانئ المصرية والتي تسهم في عملية التصدير.
وأشار "صالح" إلى أنه تم زيادة عدد الشركات بالمنطقة الحرة العامة في عام ٢٠٢٣ إلى ١٤٧ مشروعا بنسبة نحو ٦٢.٥٪ عن عام ٢٠١٩ والذي كان يبلغ عدد المشروعات ٩٢ مشروعا.
كما بلغ إجمالي المساحات المستغلة في ٢٠١٩ نحو ٥٥٩٥١١ ألف متر مربع بينما في عام ٢٠٢٣ بلغ ٦٨٤٨١٥ ألف متر مربع.
وبلغ إجمالي الصادرات في 2019 نحو 1013 مليون دولار أمريكي، بينما بلغ إجمالي الصادرات عن عام ٢٠٢٣ نحو ٨٥٩.٤١ مليون دولار أمريكي.
