التنمية تُحيل جمعية الهلال الأخضر للمدعي العام وتعين هيئة مؤقتة لها

أحالت #وزارة_التنمية_الاجتماعية #جمعية_الهلال_الأخضر الخيرية إلى #المدعي_العام لجمعها التبرعات بطرق غير قانونية، وفق بيان صادر عن الوزارة.
وقال البيان إن وزيرة التنمية الاجتماعية قررت تعيين هيئة إدارية مؤقتة للجمعية وتكليفها بتدقيق جميع سجلات الجمعية المالية والإدارية والفروع التابعة لها بعد وقوعها بمخالفات قانونية.
وأوضح التدقيق الأولي الذي قامت به الوزارة أن الهيئة الإدارية التي كانت تدير الجمعية باطلة وغير قانونية كونها إحدى مخرجات اجتماع هيئة عامة غير قانوني.

وخلت قرارات الهيئة الإدارية من آلية لتوزيع المساعدات العينية، ومن أية موافقات على المصاريف الخاصة بالجمعية، فيما تبين أن العاملين على جمع التبرعات كانوا يتقاضون نسباً مبالغاً بها دون سند.
ووقعت الجمعية بمخالفات في الإنفاق والصرف من قبل المفوضين بالتوقيع على حسابات الجمعية.
كما خالفت الجمعية القانون بطريقة إنشاء الفروع وارتباطاتها الإدارية والمالية، وبالتبرعات المقبوضة والمساعدات العينية الخاصة بالفروع وعملية توزيعها.
