تغيير رقم الجوال
وفي إفادة سابقة، أصدر حساب المواطن، توضيحًا للمستفيدين بشأن تغيير رقم الجوال.
وردًا على تساؤل لأحد المستفيدين حول رغبته في تغيير رقم الجوال دون أن يتمكن من ذلك، قالت “خدمة المستفيدين”: “لابد أن يكون رقم الجوال غير مسجل مسبقًا في برنامج حساب المواطن”.
وأوضح برنامج “حساب المواطن” طريقة تغيير رقم الجوال، في الخطوات التالية:
-تسجيل الدخول إلى بوابة “حساب المواطن” من هنا.
-الذهاب إلى صفحة بيانات المستفيد، والضغط على “تغيير رقم الجوال”. -تعبئة البيانات المطلوبة لتغيير رقم الجوال.
