امتداداً للمبادرة السعودية التي أعلنت في مارس 2021 م، واستكمالاً للقاءات والنقاشات التي أجراها الفريق السعودي برئاسة سفير خادم الحرمين الشريفين لدى اليمن محمد آل جابر وبمشاركة من الأشقاء في سلطنة عُمان في صنعاء خلال الفترة من 17 إلى 22 رمضان 1444هـ الموافق 8 إلى 13 أبريل 2023 م، واستمراراً لجهود المملكة العربية السعودية وسلطنة عُمان للتوصل لوقف إطلاق نار دائم وشامل في اليمن والتوصل لحل سياسي مستدام ومقبول من كافة الأطراف اليمنية، فقد وجهت المملكة دعوة لوفد من صنعاء لزيارة المملكة لاستكمال هذه اللقاءات والنقاشات.

الشفافية والمكاشفة في النشاط الرياضي أمر مطلوب وضروري حتى تستمر الأنشطة الرياضية وتتوفر الإمكانيات لتطوير العمل الرياضي، فالشفافية والمكاشفة هما أساس العمل الرياضي الناجح، خصوصا عندما تبدأ المشاكل تظهر على السطح وبشكل يثير الريبة والقلق على الرياضة والنادي الرياضي الغارق في مثل هذه المشاكل.
أهلي صنعاء واحد من أكبر وأعرق الأندية اليمنية إن لم يكن الأول على مستوى اليمن، فهو نادي يمتلك تاريخ وسجل حافل بالإنجازات ومرت من خلاله كواكب من النجوم الرياضية التي تركت بصمة كبيرة في الرياضة اليمنية والأندية الرياضية التي استفادت من كوادر ولاعبي النادي وخبراتهم وغيرها، أما اليوم فالنادي الأهلاوي العريق يعاني من مشاكل واختلالات مالية وإدارية ورياضية وفنية، وخلافات بين إدارة النادي بعضها البعض واللاعبين وغير ذلك.
هذا الحال الذي وصل إليه النادي شكى منه رئيس مجلس الشرف الأعلى الأهلاوي يحيى الحباري كاشفا تلك الحالة والمشاكل المتراكمة حين كتب على صفحته الرسمية أن النادي الصنعاني «بحاجة إلى تصحيح الأوضاع المالية والإدارية وادعو وزارة الشباب والرياضة بصنعاء لسرعة التدخل لإنقاذ النادي وفتح تحقيق رسمي في الاختلالات المالية التي تستوجب المراجعة!!».
وقال: «المبالغ التي صرفت للنادي 76 مليون ريال من وزارة صنعاء بحسب توجيهات رئاسية و360 ألف دولار من الاتحاد الخليجي تتطلب تقديم تقارير مالية واضحة أين صرفت هذه الأموال، «وأضاف: «غياب الوثائق المالية والايضاحات المحاسبية يفرض على الجهات المختصة التدخل لضمان تعزيز مبادئ الحكومة والشفافية داخل النادي‼».
وختم رئيس مجلس الشرف الأعلى حديثه: «نريد الحفاظ على المال العام وصون تاريخ النادي العريق».. نعم العمل الرياضي يحتاج حقيقة إلى الشفافية والنزاهة كون القطاع الرياضي هو في الأساس عمل طوعي كما هو معمول في بلادنا، هذا الصوت والدعوة العلنية التي أطلقها أحد قيادات النادي تستوجب حقيقة بل ويستدعي التدخل الفوري من الجهات المختصة لتصحيح الأوضاع وضمان استقرار النادي.
وأنا أضم صوتي إلى صوت الحباري بضرورة التدخل لإصلاح وتصحيح النادي الأهلي، أحد أعرق الأندية اليمنية، كون النادي يعاني من أزمة حادة تتطلب تدخلا فوريا، فالنادي الذي كان يوما منارة للرياضة اليمنية، أصبح اليوم يعاني من مشاكل مالية وإدارية ورياضية وفنية تهدد وجوده.. فهل حان الوقت أن تتدخل الجهات الرسمية المعنية بالاستجابة للدعوة التي وجهها وأطلقها رئيس مجلس الشرف الأعلى للنادي بهدف إنقاذه؟ ننتظر ما ستفصح عنه الأيام القادمة وإنا منتظرون.
