وزير الموارد البشرية والتوطين يواصل تفقد تجهيزات القطاع الخاص للالتزام بـ “حظر العمل وقت الظهيرة”

واصل معالي الدكتور عبدالرحمن بن عبدالمنان العور وزير الموارد البشرية والتوطين، تفقده للإجراءات المتبعة في القطاع الخاص للالتزام بـ “حظر العمل وقت الظهيرة” – حظر تأدية الأعمال تحت الشمس وفي الأماكن المكشوفة التي تبدأ عند الساعة 12:30 ظهرا وحتى الساعة الثالثة من بعد الظهر – والتي تم تطبيقها منذ 15 يونيو الماضي وتستمر حتى 15 سبتمبر المقبل.
جاء ذلك خلال زيارة معاليه وقيادات الوزارة،اليوم الجمعة، لموقع إنشائي تابع لشركة “بن غاطي للتطوير العقاري”، للاطلاع على مدى التزام شركات القطاع الخاص بالوفاء بمتطلبات “الحظر” الذي يطبق في الدولة للعام العشرين على التوالي بهدف توفير بيئة عمل آمنة للعمال بما يضمن صحتهم وسلامتهم في ضوء ارتفاع درجات الحرارة خلال أشهر الصيف.
وتقتضي متطلبات “حظر العمل وقت الظهيرة”، بإلزام الشركات بتوفير أماكن مظللة للعمال خلال أوقات التوقف عن العمل وقت الظهيرة تقيهم الإجهاد الحراري، وتأمين أدوات التبريد المناسبة وتوفير كميات كافية من المياه ومعدات الإسعاف الأولية في أماكن العمل، وغيرها من وسائل الراحة.
واستمع معالي الدكتور عبد الرحمن العورن خلال الزيارة بحضور محمد بن غاطي، رئيس مجلس إدارة “بن غاطي للتطوير العقاري”، إلى شرح حول أبرز المبادرات التي تتبناها الشركة في مجال حماية العاملين لديها وتوفير بيئة العمل اللائقة والآمنة لهم، مشيدا معاليه بمبادرات الشركة.
كما أشاد معاليه بالالتزام الكبير لشركات القطاع الخاص في الدولة وتقيدها بمعايير واشتراطات الصحة والسلامة المهنية التي تراقبها الوزارة، سواء في مواقع العمل أو في السكنات العمالية في مختلف مناطق الدولة بالتعاون مع شركائها في القطاع الحكومي الاتحادي والمحلي.
وكان معاليه قد زار موقعا انشائيا تابعا لشركة “شوبا” العقارية في يونيو الماضي، للاطلاع على الاستعدادات قبل تطبيق “الحظر”، حيث قام بجولة في أماكن الاستراحة ومتابعة معايير الصحة والسلامة التي تتبعها الشركة.
وتواصل فرق التفتيش التابعة لوزارة الموارد البشرية والتوطين زياراتها الميدانية لمواقع العمل، للتأكد من مدى التزام الشركات بـ “حظر العمل وقت الظهيرة” وذلك بالتوازي مع حملات التوعية بأحكامه ومتطلباته، وإجراء الفحوصات الطبية للعاملين، وتدريب مسؤولي مواقع العمل الخارجية على كيفية إجراء الإسعافات الأولية والتركيز على الحالات المرتبطة بالإجهاد الحراري وذلك بالتعاون مع شركاء الوزارة في القطاعين الحكومي والخاص.
ويترافق مع تطبيق “حظر العمل وقت الظهيرة ” لهذا العام، توفير 6 آلاف موقعا لاستراحة عمال خدمات توصيل الطلبات في كافة مناطق الدولة مع إتاحة خريطة تفاعلية بهذه الاستراحات لتمكين العمال من الوصول إليها بكل سهولة، وذلك بموجب التعاون بين الوزارة وهيئة الطرق والمواصلات في دبي، ومركز النقل المتكامل في أبوظبي، والدوائر الاقتصادية في مختلف إمارات الدولة، بالإضافة لشركات توصيل الطلبات.
وتستقبل الوزارة بلاغات أفراد المجتمع عن أية ممارسات غير مسؤولة أو إخلال بأحكام “حظر العمل وقت الظهيرة” عبر مركز الاتصال على الرقم 600590000 ومن خلال موقعها الإلكتروني وتطبيقها الذكي.وام
