البنك السعودي الأول يتوج بجائزة أفضل ابتكار في التميز التشغيلي خلال ملتقى CX Live Show 202

توج البنك السعودي الأول، أحد البنوك الرائدة في المنطقة، بجائزة "أفضل ابتكار في التميز التشغيلي" ضمن جوائز التميز التشغيلي في الشرق الأوسط 2025، وذلك خلال ملتقى Customer Experience Live Show، الذي عُقد في مدينة دبي.
وقد تم الإعلان عن الجائزة خلال الحفل الذي أُقيم يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 13 مايو، حيث تم تكريم الجهات التي تقود تحولات نوعية في مجال التميز التشغيلي على مستوى منطقة الشرق الأوسط.

وتم اختيار الأول من قِبل لجنة تحكيم مرموقة من خبراء القطاع، استنادًا إلى معايير شاملة شملت التميز في تقديم الخدمات، والابتكار في العمليات التشغيلية، وممارسات إدارة المخاطر والرقابة، إضافة إلى الأثر العام للتحول المؤسسي.
وبهذه المناسبة، صرحت غادة الجربوع، الرئيس التنفيذي للعمليات في الأول، قائلة: "يعكس هذا الإنجاز التزام فرق العمليات لدينا، والأثر الإيجابي الذي أحدثته رحلة التحول التي نخوضها نحو بناء عمليات أكثر كفاءة وذكاء وسرعة."
وأضافت: "من خلال برنامج OPS 2.0، لم نُعزز الكفاءة التشغيلية فحسب، بل أرسينا الأساس لنمو قابل للتوسع مبني على البيانات، يتماشى مع طموحنا الأوسع نحو الريادة في الابتكار المصرفي."
ومن جانبها، صرحت أيشا تاياغي، المديرة العام لمؤتمر Customer Experience Live: "تُعد جوائز الصناعة من CX Live من أبرز الجوائز المنتظرة لدى المؤسسات، بفضل نظام الفلترة الواضح والمعايير الدقيقة. التميز التشغيلي لا يعني مجرد تحديث الأدوات، بل هو تحول فكري في كيفية تعامل المؤسسات مع الكفاءة وتجربة العملاء. الأمر الذي يؤكد على إن المستقبل ينتمي إلى الجهات التي تجمع بين الذكاء والرؤية."
يواصل "الأول" تنفيذ استراتيجيته الطموحة للتحول، من خلال الابتكار، وتمكين الفرق، وتعزيز التميز التشغيلي، بما يُسهم في تقديم قيمة مضافة ملموسة للعملاء والمنظومة المالية على حدٍ سواء، تماشيًا مع مستهدفات رؤية السعودية 2030.
