نائب أمير الرياض يشرّف حفل سفارة مملكة إسبانيا بمناسبة اليوم الوطني

شرّف الأمير محمد بن عبدالرحمن بن عبدالعزيز نائب أمير منطقة الرياض، مساء اليوم، حفل سفارة مملكة إسبانيا لدى المملكة بمناسبة ذكرى اليوم الوطني لبلادها، وذلك بمنزل السفير في حي السفارات بالرياض.
وكان في استقباله لدى وصوله مقر الحفل سفير مملكة إسبانيا لدى المملكة الدكتور خورخي ايبيا، وعدد من المسؤولين بالسفارة.
حضر الحفل وكيل وزارة الخارجية لشؤون المراسم عبدالمجيد السماري، وعدد من أعضاء السلك الدبلوماسي المعتمدين لدى المملكة.
فى الثانى عشر من أكتوبر من كل عام تحتفل إسبانيا بيوم العيد الوطنى لها، أو يوم البيلار، الذى يعود للعام 1492، ذكرى انطلاق كريستوفر كولومبوس من إسبانيا بحرا لاكتشاف أمريكا، ومنذ ذلك الحين أصبح هذا التاريخ عيدا وطنيا للمملكة الإسبانية، كرّست معه مرحلة جديدة من العلاقات الحضارية والثقافية بين قارتين بعيدتين.
