حساب المواطن.. ما هو الدخل غير المكتسب وكيفية حسابه؟

يتساءل بعض المستفيدين عن الدخل غير المكتسب، وكيفية حسابه طبقًا لقواعد ولوائح حساب المواطن.
وللتوضيح فالدخل غير المكتسب، هو الدخل المستمد من مصادر غير العمل أو النشاط التجاري المسجل مثل الممتلكات وعوائدها، والإعانات الاجتماعية أو الحكومية التي يحصل عليها المستقل أو أفراد الأسرة، ويعده حساب المواطن دخلا غير مكتسب ويحتسبه.
وكان حساب المواطن أعلن في وقت سابق، أنه يتبق 4 أيام على إيداع الدفعة الـ 86 في شهر يناير.

والشهر الماضي أودع برنامج حساب المواطن 3.4 مليار ريال مخصص دعم شهر ديسمبر للمستفيدين المكتملة طلباتهم.
كما أعلن برنامج حساب المواطن أنه سيبدأ في تطبيق معيار التحقق من القدرة المالية وتفعيل الزيارات الميدانية للأفراد المستقلين (للمستفيدين والمتقدمين الجدد) اعتبارًا من دورة شهر يناير 2025م.

وأوضح مدير عام التواصل لبرنامج حساب المواطن عبد الله الهاجري أن إجمالي ما دفعـه البرنامـج للمستفيدين منذ انطلاقته 226 مليار ريال منها 2.6 مليار ريال تعويضات عن دفعات سابقة.دعم الفئات الأكثر استحقاقًاولفت إلى أن 74% من المستفيدين تحصلوا على الدعم في هذه الدفعة، وبلغ متوسط دعم الأسرة الواحدة 1475 ريال، مبينًا أن عدد أرباب الأسر المستفيدين من البرنامج في هذه الدفعة أكثر من 2.1 مليون رب أسرة مشكلين ما نسبته 75%، بينما بلغ عدد التابعين 7.8 مليون مستفيد.
هذا ويقدم برنامج حساب المواطن الدعم الفئات الأكثر استحقاقًا، وتوجيه الدعم بشكل فعال لمختلف تلك الفئات، كما يوفر دعمًا نقديًا يحصل عليه المستفيدون المستحقون بشكل مباشر.

أودع اليوم الأحد برنامج حساب المواطن 3 مليارات ريال مخصص دعم شهر أغسطس للمستفيدين المكتملة طلباتهم، حيث بلغ عدد المستفيدين المستوفين لمعايير الاستحقاق في الدفعة الثالثة والتسعين أكثر من 9.7 مليون مستفيد وتابع.
وذكر مدير عام التواصل لبرنامج حساب المواطن عبد الله الهاجري، أن إجمالي ما دفعـه البرنامـج للمستفيدين منذ انطلاقته أكثر من 250 مليار ريال منها 2.7 مليار ريال تعويضات عن دفعات سابقة، وموضحًا بأن 72% من المستفيدين تحصلوا على الدعم في هذه الدفعة، وبلغ متوسط دعم الأسرة الواحدة 1475 ريال.
