منتدى عالم تجربة العميل يجمع الخبراء والجهات الحكومية في الرياض

تتواصل الاستعدادات لانطلاق منتدى عالم تجربة العميل 2025 الذي تنظمه جمعية تجربة العميل خلال الفترة من 9 إلى 10 ديسمبر في قاعة ذا أرينا الرياض بمشاركة واسعة من الجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص وعدد من الخبراء والمتحدثين المحليين والدوليين.
ويشهد المنتدى في نسخته الثالثة هذا العام إطلاق مجموعة من ورش العمل المتخصصة التي يقدمها نخبة من الخبراء من الجهات الحكومية والشركات الرائدة، بهدف تطوير القدرات الوطنية في مجال تجربة العميل والتحول الرقمي، وتبادل أفضل الممارسات في تصميم وتحسين رحلات العملاء.

ويأتي المنتدى استمرارًا لنجاح النسخ السابقة التي رسخت مكانته كأهم حدث إقليمي في تجربة العميل، وبما يتماشى مع رؤية السعودية 2030 الهادفة إلى تعزيز جودة الحياة وتطوير الخدمات العامة والخاصة وفق أعلى المعايير العالمية.
