دشن صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز، أمير المنطقة الشرقية، انطلاق حملة "القيادة بذوق"، وتوقيع مذكرة تفاهم بين الجمعية السعودية للذوق العام ومرور المنطقة الشرقية، الذي يعد أحد برامج ومشاريع مبادرة "وطن الذوق" التي تضم عشرة برامج نوعية تواكب التوجهات الوطنية الحديثة، ورؤية المملكة 2030، التي تهدف إلى نشر وتعزيز ثقافة الذوق العام في مختلف جوانب ومناحي الحياة.
جاء ذلك خلال استقبال سموه في مكتبه بديوان الإمارة اليوم، الأربعاء، المهندس محمد الدبل رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية الذوق العام، يرافقه أعضاء المجلس، بحضور مدير شرطة المنطقة الشرقية اللواء محمد الوذيناني ومدير مرور المنطقة الشرقية العميد جهاد المجحد.
وأكد سموه على أهمية تعزيز القيم والأخلاق الإسلامية والمعايير الاجتماعية في مختلف أمور الحياة، بما يشمل الطرقات وأثناء القيادة المرورية، مشددًا سموه على أهمية العمل على تنمية الممارسات السلوكية المعززة للذوق العام في البيئة المجتمعية.
وكذلك الإسهام في بناء قيم الذوق العام والمواطنة لدى كافة أفراد المجتمع، متمنيًا للقائمين على الحملة التوفيق والنجاح وأن ينعكس أثرها على كافة قائدي المركبات المرورية.
من جهته قدم رئيس مجلس إدارة جمعية الذوق العام المهندس محمد الدبل، الشكر لسمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية وسمو نائبه على حرصهما واهتمامهما بدعم رسالة الجمعية وأهدافها، التي تؤكد على انتهاج الذوق العام كأسلوب حياة.
وأشار إلى أن الجمعية تسعى من خلال برنامج "القيادة بذوق" إلى تعزيز ذوقيات العلاقة والتعامل والتفاعل بين قائدي المركبات المختلفة، المبنية على الاحترام والتقدير والمرونة والإيثار، بما يحقق التناغم ويكفل المساهمة في سلامة الجميع.
وأوضح مدير عام جمعية الذوق العام عبدالعزيز المحبوب، بأن "القيادة بذوق" يأتي بالشراكة مع مرور المنطقة الشرقية ولجنة السلامة المرورية، نتيجة النمو المستمر في عدد المركبات التي تسلك طرق المملكة سنويًا.
جعل ذلك الأمر القيادة الرشيدة تسخّر كافة المقومات وتسن التشريعات التي تضمن سلاسة الحركة المرورية، وسلامة مرتادي الطرقات.
يتناول برنامج "القيادة بذوق" عدة جوانب منها الممارسات المرتبطة في مواقف السيارات، والمسارات على الطريق وغيرها، بالإضافة لحقوق المشاة والأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، والاستخدام المناسب لإضاءة السيارة والمنبه.
بالإضافة إلى تحسين الممارسات التي قد يترتب عليها خطورة، مثل عدم فسح المجال للآخرين مما قد ينجم عنها مخاطر على عدة أصعدة.
ومن جانب آخر قد يصل تأثير تلك الممارسات على شرائح وفئات من غير مستخدمي الطرق، كالمرضى في المستشفيات، أو الطالب في المدرسة، ومن في حكمهم، حيث يترتب على الالتزام بذوقيات القيادة المرورية انخفاض المخالفات المرورية المرتبطة بسلوكيات الذوق العام.
