ماكدونالدز السعودية تطلق التقرير السنوي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية بعنوان "ريادة إنسانية ومسؤولية اجتماعية لمستقبل أكثر إشراقًا"

انطلاقاً من اهتمام ماكدونالدز السعودية بدعم المجتمع وأبناءه وباعتبارها جزءاً لا يتجزأ منه، وحيث أن المسؤولية الاجتماعية تقع على رأس أولوياتها، أصدرت تقريرها السنوي للمسؤولية الاجتماعية والذي يسلط الضوء على كافة مبادراتها الاجتماعية والخيرية والإنسانية تجاه الوطن وأبناءه لعام 2023م.
حيث قامت ماكدونالدز السعودية بتوظيف وتدريب وتطوير الآلاف من أبناء وبنات الوطن، مما يعزز دورها في تمكينهم ودعم رؤية المملكة للمستقبل حيث بلغ عدد الموظفين السعوديين 4,226 موظف.

كما ركزت الشركة على تمكين ذوي متلازمة داون من خلال توظيفهم وتدريبهم وترفيهم وتأهيل جمعياتهم، حيث تم توظيف أكثر من 126 موظفًا من ذوي متلازمة داون، وتقديم دعم بمبلغ 2,243,600 ريال سعودي للبرامج التدريبية لتأهيل قدرات 350 طفل.
