انتشرت في الآونة الأخيرة حيلة تجميلية تتمثل في استعمال لصقات الجروح لعلاج البثور. فما مدى جدوى هذه الحيلة؟
للإجابة عن هذا السؤال، أوضحت الدكتورة أوتا شلوسبيرجر أن لصقات الجروح عبارة عن لصقات غروانية مائية تعمل على تسريع التئام الجروح المفتوحة؛ حيث إنها تمتص كميات كبيرة من إفرازات الجرح بسرعة، كما أنها غير مُنفذة للبكتيريا والماء.وأضافت طبيبة الأمراض الجلدية الألمانية أن البثور تحتاج إلى هواء لتجف، في حين أنه عند تغطيتها بلصقة جروح تنشأ بيئة رطبة، مما لا يساعد على التخلص منها.
وبناء على ذلك، تعمل لصقة الجروح جيداً مع الجروح المفتوحة المراد إغلاقها، بينما لا تعد مناسبة لعلاج البثور.
وبدلاً من ذلك، ينبغي استخدام لصقات البثور العادية؛ حيث إنها تحتوي على مواد فعالة مضادة للالتهابات وذات تأثير مجفف، مما يساعد في تسريع وتيرة علاج البثور.
