أمير الشرقية يرعى المؤتمر الدولي الثاني للأمن الغذائي والاستدامة البيئية نوفمبر المقبل

يرعى صاحب السمو الملكي الأمير سعود بن نايف بن عبدالعزيز أمير المنطقة الشرقية، في الـ 7 من نوفمبر المقبل، المؤتمر الدولي الثاني للأمن الغذائي والاستدامة البيئية الذي تنظمه جامعة الملك فيصل بالتعاون مع شريكها الإستراتيجي وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة، ويستمر ثلاثة أيام، وذلك بمقر الجامعة بالهفوف.
وثمّن معالي رئيس الجامعة الدكتور محمد العوهلي، رعاية سمو أمير المنطقة الشرقية لهذا المؤتمر، مبيناً أن المؤتمر في نسخته الثانية يهدف إلى دراسة واقع الأمن الغذائي الوطني والعربي، وتحدياته، وسبل تجاوزها، وبناء إستراتيجيات وسياسات مستقبلية تسهم في تنميته، وتحقق الاستدامة البيئية، والإسهام في تعزيز الأمن الغذائي من خلال التقنيات الحديثة في مجال غذاء المستقبل، وذلك وفق هوية جامعة الملك فيصل المؤسسية، لتسلط الضوء على أحدث المستجدات العلمية والتجارب الناجحة الدولية المتعلقة بالأمن الغذائي والاستدامة البيئية.
